Stop Loss Strategies & Trading Gaps / 5-5-25
William Band — 4:35 PM
What my weakness in this mkt is to what to use most consistently for a stop method.
In the past I have used:
1- ATR;
2- 2x ATR;
3-8 SMA;
4- 20 SMA;
5-Pivot points on charts;
6- stop at low of 2 prior days, e.g. enter trade today using the low of 5/1.
Talking about Swing Trades.
Seeking your advice.
Thanking you in advance -

\ QUBT 12-26-24
These quantum computing stocks are getting too much order flow to ignore. While not a classic setup, QUBT settled into a together and tighter trading range giving us a chance to put on a trade with a smaller risk compared to the recent momentum.
This is a higher reward, fast loss type of trade. If the stock bounces it’s likely to…

I was using the calc this morning trying to learn how to use it, and how to research some securities entry & stop loss.
I found something that didn’t make sense, and I would like to flag it out for you to check my work. Let me know if I was off and/or is this a bug in the calculator?
I was researching TTE:
When I entered 1% risk, the share size…

MY CUSTOM SETUPS I have on my monitors:
- 30 min chart,
- 2 hr chart,
- daily chart and
