Cancellation / Refund Policy
All subscriptions are understood to be auto-renewed the next scheduled billing date.
You may cancel a subscription service by emailing support@stocktradingpro.com. Subscription cancellations must be requested by 5pm EDT on the business day prior to the next billing date. Requests for subscription cancellation submitted after 5 pm EDT, the day prior to the billing date that leads to a processed payment will not be refunded. We do not provide pro-rated refunds or extensions for unused subscriptions or memberships. Due to the interactive nature of coaching and proprietary information in our services, membership fees are non-refundable. Products, services or memberships paid through payment plans and or subscriptions will remain active as long as the agreed upon payment schedule is active and up-to-date. Should an agreed upon payment not be made in the agreed upon terms, all access will be removed until payments are brought current. Stock Trading Pro LLC reserves the right to process refunds by check and are sent to the customer via USPS (United States Postal Service).
